With the rapid growth of the personal coaching market, Wellness Coach needed to evolve beyond group sessions to remain competitive. We brought personalized coaching to life through a multi-platform experience that made it effortless for users to connect with the right coach at the right time. With enriched profiles, streamlined booking paths, and smarter availability matching, the system offered clarity and connection in a crowded wellness market. The result was a deeply engaging service that increased bookings, elevated satisfaction, and supercharged retention.
Following the release of version two, we introduced a Platinum Plan featuring credit-based coaching sessions. This initiative led to a 20% increase in average contract value over six months, with over 15,000 sessions booked. Weekly bookings rose 12%, retention strengthened, and users consistently rated the experience 4.5 out of 5. The personal coaching system became a high-engagement driver for both user satisfaction and revenue growth.
