We created the multi-platform Challenges experience—a scalable system that enabled HR teams, managers, and all members to launch competitive or collaborative wellness programs directly within the platform. Designed around clear workflows, wearable integrations, and daily content, the feature encouraged consistent participation and fostered connection among distributed teams. The result was a high-engagement experience that drove strong adoption across enterprise clients, delivered measurable improvements in employee activity and satisfaction, and helped position Wellness Coach as a leading partner in team-based well-being.
The launch of Challenges drove strong engagement across enterprise clients, resulting in 1.7K+ challenges created, 63% participation among invited employees, and 20M+ steps logged within the first six months. Expanded formats and self-serve tools further boosted adoption, contributing to a 20% lift in overall platform engagement, 96% satisfaction with team-based programs, and 50+ new corporate clients in the first quarter post-launch.
